Let us shortly introduce ourselves,
In big lines we are - A network of organizations from all over Europe working out of a common vision in the sector of youth work.
It started 15 years ago when different NGO's (non-governmental organizations) met at youth exchanges and trainings. All willing to develop and all working with the method "learning by experience". During the years while organizing a lot of exchanges and trainings together, more organizations from a lot of different countries joined.
Now the Synergy Group consists of participating organizations from 30 countries.
