Conditions: The project is an international programme for youth aged from 18 to 25 who are able to work in simple English and willing to actively participate during the whole exchange

Big Peace Comes From Small Pieces
The theme of the training is peace and reconciliation and in the Balkan area. We want to create our subject through focusing on the individual enlightenment. We will give personal development training with the tools of outdoor, photography and diverse experiential learning exercises which focus on and challenge personal culture of each individual participating in the project. We will pay attention to what is a personal culture and how does it create diversity and resistance. On the other hand, how culture can be inspiring and motivating in society. In other words, how culture can be seen as a filter, and what the effects are when you look at reality trough the filters of a culture.
We want to give you opportunity to look at your own culture, your own filters and how they influence your way of “seeing” and also to see what is there to gain when you chose to look at reality through different culture - different filter. Once being able to swap between different filters, empowers the individual to work out of peace and acceptance as well as to create it around him or herself.

Arrival day: 26th April after 13:00 until 27th April 10:00
Start of the program: 27th April 2010 at 13:00
End of the program: 8th May 2010 at 23:00
Departure day: 9th May 2010 before 20:00
