Title: Training for Mastery and Excellence
Purpose: To work beyond doubt in a harmonic way
Places: Open for all countries
Conditions: Participants between age 18-30(some exceptions possible) have done `Next Step training` or the `Source training` of the Essence Organization. This training is especially focused on working with staff members and volunteers of NGO’s.
Selection: we use a chronological system of selection in between the applicants who fulfill the criteria (in the order of receiving applications)

Our vision

The Olde Vechte Foundation is organizing this training out of its vision to create a world that works for every one out of love, care and cooperation.

Purpose of the training:

To create harmony and be able to recreate it in every moment.  

Goals:

1.    To learn how to exercise in order to connect behaviour with result.
2.    To experience simplicity: the knowledge of the how.
3.    To acknowledge and use all your qualities.

Themes:

In order to reach the goals of the training, the main themes that will be covered are:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Elements of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
  • Questions: How to ask questions through Dynamic Formation of Judgment
  • Belief systems: How do negative and positive belief systems work, and what is the impact they have on the quality of life.
  • Image: How to acknowledge your own image and how to go beyond it.
  • Fear & Power: How does fear function, how you can turn it into power.
  • Body Awareness: How to become aware of your own body and experience it in a harmonic way.
  • Strong and Weak points: How to recognise and use them in your own advantage.
  • Coaching: How to work in the field of non-formal education, how to work with indi-viduals and groups.
  • Planning: How to create action plans according to personal visions.


Target group:

You can apply to this training as long as you have completed the Basic and Advanced Syn-ergy training. Some exceptions are made, basic training is request. 

Reimbursement & Participation Fee:

As Synergy group we want to keep the expenses for participants as low as possible so everyone can participate. We realize that still for many individuals the travel and participation fee can be a big investment. We invite you to be creative with it, there are all kind of cheap ways to travel, if you spend some time to look for it or ask someone to support you in it. Sharing with people that you are looking for cheap way of travelling to Holland is mostly very effective.  Also asking and sharing about the participant fee is a very effective way of getting support. If you think this training is for you do not let the money be an obstacle to give yourself this experience.
•    There is a participant’s fee of € 200.
•    For students and persons without a paid job there is a 40% discount on the participant’s fee.
•    Participant’s fee for Dutch participants is € 400. For students and persons without a paid job there is a 40% discount on the participant’s fee
•    There is 50 % reimbursement of travel costs for Caucasus and Balkan countries with a maximum of € 225. (as travel is 450 €)
•    There is no reimbursement of travel costs for other countries.
•    The cost of hosting and catering are included in the participants fee

Participants fee needs to be paid by bank transfer before the training starts or in cash at the registration at Olde Vechte. Reimbursement of travel will be paid at during the training

Dates of the project:

Arrival day:                        12th July 2009 until 18:00
Start of the program:         12th July 2009 at 20:00
End of the program:           20th July 2009 at 23:00
Departure day:                  21st  July 2009 before 11:00
In total, there are 8 working days and an introduction evening.
